Hello, I’m Trevor Hartzell.
I am a Nevada lawyer based in Reno, Washoe County. I am willing to consider cases throughout the State of Nevada. I practice Criminal Defense, Family Law, Limited Trust and Estate / Corporate Planning, Immigration, and Government Affairs.
I speak with people facing traffic tickets, victims of online fraud, and people involved in civil disputes. I work with people looking to start a business, protect their assets, or take political action.

I offer a $45 half-hour virtual or telephonic consult to help us both gather basic perspective on your issue. I prefer to begin consults over the phone or virtually since we are exchanging general information.
After the initial payment you will not incur any charges until you have fully reviewed and signed an Attorney-Client Agreement. Neither Trevor nor his office represents you until we have executed this agreement. However, this does not mean we cannot chat or exchange general information to help us get moving.
